We bought some takeaways from Ezyeat Chinese Restaurant and it was a pleasant experience, marked by generous portions and friendly service. We decided to try the honey BBQ pork and lemon chicken.
The honey BBQ pork had thick slices of pork coated in a sweet and tangy honey glaze. The flavor was satisfying, though it could have used a bit more smokiness to balance the sweetness. The portion size was impressive, providing great value for money.
The lemon chicken was similarly enjoyable. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, topped with a zesty lemon sauce that added a refreshing tang. The balance between the crispy coating and the vibrant lemon flavour made it a delightful dish.
The servings were more than ample, ensuring none of us were hungry. The friendly and attentive service added to the overall positive experience. The server was prompt and courteous, making sure we had everything we needed.
While the food was not exceptional, it was certainly enjoyable, and the large portions and welcoming service made Ezyeat Chinese Restaurant a solid choice for a casual meal. If you're in the mood for some hearty Chinese takeaway food, this place is worth a visit.

Don't order honey chicken takeaway next time it's $18 for a couple of pieces chicken and the rest garnish white noodles. Definitely not worth it. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

This is a small restaurant mainly serving Chinese cuisine. The owner is very nice and responds promptly to guests' requests. I ordered a set meal which contained many items. The fried rice and satay beef were very generous in portion, and the honey chicken was also distinctive. If you want to have satisfying food on a tired night, you can choose this restaurant.

Do not recommend eating here. The 4.3 star rating is very misleading!
We ordered the honey chicken and it did not taste like chicken, but instead like fish… Not to mention the other meals we ordered (Mongolian beef & sweet and sour pork) were not made well, and none of them tasted right. The ‘fried rice’ was just rice, egg, and some peas with 0 seasoning or flavour. Unfortunately after spending the money we did, we didn’t eat any of the food as we actually lost our appetites, and skipped dinner altogether.
When I called up to complain about the honey chicken and ask for at least a partial refund the service I received was as poor as the food.
Please save your money and do not eat here.
