Best South Indian food in Gold Coast.
I have been eating here since last year. They have the best biriyani and dosas. The staff are friendly and the ambience is good. I personally love paneer 65 biryani here.
Recommended food: biriyanis, Dosas, 70mm dosa, Chole Bhatura, barwa simala curry.

We ordered dum biriyani.. Wait 45 minutes for that after we got it from fridge. Atlest they didn't put that on microwave properly. Very bad experience. That was my waste dum biriyani I ever eat 😢😢😢 and masala dosha's filling also had a bad taste i felt..

Food was good, Service was absolutely amazing. We just went this morning for brunch had a chicken dosa, idli, vada and a 70mm masala dosa. When you ask for crispy dosa they make it absolute crip and it was really good. Loved the sambhar and coconut chutney. Not the best but where else can you find even good south Indian in Gold Coast.

You will find very, very good quality Indian food at the Dosa Hut. We ordered a mango lassi, samosa chat, dum biryani, dahi papdi and a 70mm chef’s special vegetarian dosa. Our bill came to a reasonable $65. We were unable to finish any of the food and had to take it home. We will gladly have the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
The dahi papdi was very nice and fresh. The samosa chat, you can’t go wrong. It was delicious. The dosa and its sauces were great and the biryani was also lovely. The color in the rice was so beautiful it looked like candy corn and the chicken was spiced fantastically. The mango lassi is top tier.
The staff are really lovely and the menu has almost an endless list of items and their variations to try.
I would certainly recommend the Dosa Hut if you’re looking to have some great food, nice service and not break the bank for a full belly.
