We have since been to Charm Thai and it has completely changed, not in the best way either. Portion sizes are still the same but quality and flavour has since dramatically gotten worse.

I can’t recommend Charm Thai enough! It’s so gooood. Definitely our go-to when we want Thai food in the area.
Serving sizes are really generous (which you don’t find so easily these days) and flavour is great! You gotta try their Panang Curry and Roti Bread w/ Peanut Sauce - YUM.

Eeeshk. I walked in to collect our takeaway tonight and the place was empty on a Saturday night, which I’ve never ever seen before. We didn’t know the management and chef had changed but when we opened our food it looked, smelled and tasted completely different. I used to highly recommend Charm Thai to friends. It was the best Thai food on the coast. Unfortunately that won’t be happening anymore. The food was edible, but not enjoyable. Nothing special about it, very bland and some odd flavours. The service was great though and I really hope the new owners can turn things around and succeed in their venture.

Ordered two takeaway meals. Asked for no chilli but on eating at home the meal was spoilt with chilli.
Had PadThai Chicken- chicken was not cut finely, too chunky. Menu listed the contents of meal but on eating found tofu included which had not been listed.
Vegetables appeared old and overall taste was not typical Thai as we are used to.
The service was very good & friendly.
The Restaurant needs better atmosphere - looked like a dark cavern - entrance not welcoming.

From the beautiful smiles when you arrive, the young ladies who look after you are so polite and so attentive to your needs and are so happy. It's nice to see. The food is delicious, I try something different each time and all of them full of flavour. I highly recommend Charm Thai

Great food and staff were friendly. Pad Thai chicken and Tom yum soup were a hit. Spring rolls were hard and dry (tbh I think they must’ve been reheated) and the coconut rice was yum! Portions are quite generous and you can BYO beverages. The venue itself is very outdated and in need of repairs. We sat at the back end of the restaurant where there were no functioning lights - we had to use our phone torches to be able to read the menu🤦🏽♀️ Decking outside is not levelled and a tripping hazard, but other than that, I’d still recommend the food,only.
