I have always felt very comfortable and welcomed here. It's a very difference vibe to other gyms on the Southern end of GC, friendly faces, down to earth atmosphere and all the equipment I need.

Easy to sign up and no lock in contract or hidden fees. Clean facilities! Felt safe as a female gymming here over the past year. Staff are very helpful and lovely - Thanks Holly, Cesar & Andy :)
Parking can be tough during work hours otherwise there are plenty of spots.

Jen is amazing!!! Our Beach Fitness sessions are GREAT fun and so engaging for us all. The Jetts gym itself is great...lovely and clean and just feels good being in there, it's not too crowded at any one time. I'm very comfortable in there, great job Jen - you keep the vibes real and positive xxx

Unfortunately, my recent experience at Jetts left me feeling unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. After politely reminding two members that towels are required while training and that video recording is not permitted, I was subjected to verbal abuse and aggressive behaviour.
What is most concerning is that these members continue to attend the gym, leaving me feeling uneasy about returning. A gym environment should feel safe, respectful, and supportive for all members.
Hygiene and privacy policies exist for good reason, and members should not feel intimidated for respectfully reinforcing them. I will not return and the owner has made no contact even after a request to discuss the matter was requested

Fantastic gym with well maintained equipment, clean and tidy, friendly and approachable staff, not crazy busy and the best thing is it is walking distance from home. Perfect!!!
