One of the Best 24-Hour Gyms I’ve Used
After years of training overseas, rejoining Jetts at Burleigh was a refreshing surprise. For a 24-hour gym, the equipment is in fantastic shape—machines run smoothly, and everything’s kept clean and functional. While bigger gyms might have more gear, the quality here is a cut above the usual 24-hour standard. It’s clear this place is well looked after.
The real highlight, though, was interacting with Sarah, the club manager. Her customer service is nothing short of stellar. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome with her genuine warmth, professionalism, and consistent willingness to help. As a former personal trainer and coach (I taught at the Australian Institute of Fitness), I recognize how rare it is to find someone who excels so naturally in relationship-building. Sarah does it effortlessly—whether it’s her quick problem-solving, lighthearted chats, or just her ever-present smile, she embodies the kind of hospitality that makes a gym feel like a community.
What stands out most is her humility. She never makes support feel transactional; it’s just who she is. Cancelling my membership was also hassle-free thanks to her.
If you want a gym that gets the fundamentals right with staff who genuinely care, you'll appreciate this place.

Provides everything you’d want in a self-service gym! Good equipment, relaxed feel, friendly staff & members, clean & tidy, so much sun & light that comes through the massive windows to brighten it up & make you feel good while working out!

Been working hard at changing my thinking, attitude and now body. I had joined Jetts Mudgeeraba, which is a great little gym. But my friend lives closer to Burleigh we decided to make the Burleigh Jetts our home gym. I don’t regret that one second.
The facility is great, and with a new manager just starting it has a fresh breath of air to it. Much cleaner and very friendly and welcoming. I look forward to training, even though I’ve always struggled with gym environments. But honestly it’s the staff and my best friend that make it such a fun place to sweat and work hard.

I absolutely love working out at Jetts Burleigh Heads. The staff here, especially Sarah, make the experience so much better. She’s always so friendly, welcoming, and has a smile on her face every time I walk in. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the members and always goes out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable. The gym has great equipment and a clean, positive atmosphere. Highly recommend!
