Don’t sign up to this gym, save yourself the headache. If you decide you want to cancel your membership I’d recommend sending that as an EMAIL so you have a RECORD of it. Do not have any important discussions with these people over the phone. They will simply lie about what was discussed over the phone so that they can steal as much money from you as possible.

I absolutely love the Body Balance group training with Karen! She is an exceptional instructor—professional, inspiring, and clearly passionate about her work. The class is designed beautifully, combining elements of Pilates, yoga, and meditation for a holistic and rejuvenating experience. Karen's guidance makes every session enjoyable and effective. I highly recommend trying it out on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm—you won't regret it!🤭👌

The equipments are plenty, 24 hours access and in a great location supported by Guzman next door.
Gets busy in Busier hours of the day but you can always manage to get something done. So its great in that regards.
However Cleanliness has been going absolutely downhill. Forget the equipments being cleaned once in a while, I find the bare necesseties Clean, very-very less often.
Thought it was because I went in the evenings so ofcourse it gets dirty through out the day for being a Gym.
But Early morning was no different.
Floor/bathroom sink/ and high traffic areas are cumulatively getting crappier by the day.
The water fountain has buildup on the base, hate if I forget water from home.
The place is dusty so very easy to catch allergy.
There is dust pretty much everywhere. I am not talking nooks and crannies, The general state of bathrooms and carpeted floor is very dusty.
Absolute appalling cleanliness specially for such a high end establishment charging $21 per week.
Ofcourse one member less would not be a problem for this establishment however if this continues- other members may begin to choose the path I am thinking of choosing. Get done with the contract and move on to somewhere different for much better price.
Again, May I remind $21 per week for this establishment is over priced for the lack of sanitation which is turning into Hazard.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS GYM. They will continue to steal your money for months and months after you cancel your NO LOCK IN CONTRACT and then refuse to give a refund. They will try to ignore you until you go away while thinking they can continue to steal your money. This is the most difficult I have ever found cancelling a gym membership to be, their communication and customer service is absolutely garbage and if you value your consumer rights, save yourself the trouble and sign up to any other gym but Goodlife.

This morning I had the pleasure of meeting with Amy at Goodlife Bundall for an introductory session as I considered signing up.
From the start, Amy was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience enjoyable. She demonstrated exceptional knowledge, particularly when addressing the detailed questions I had, and she made everything—from payment scheduling to membership options—flexible and straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
Amy's thoroughness, helpfulness, and genuinely lovely demeanour are a true asset to Goodlife Bundall. It's clear that this establishment has made an excellent choice in having her as part of their team.
