Really good service from Dan, even over the Christmas break he got back to us, the freight company was a bit how ya going but a quick email to gym and fitness and they got thing moving quick. We got the rep nighthawk bench and rep diamond bar for our home gym and is totally worth the money. The bench is solid, I didn't realise how much my old bench was holding me back and in hindsight a bit dangerous. The rep diamond bar, the knurling are smick and feels premium even when you slide the plates on. Will be buying again from these guys when the rep adjustable dumbbells are back in stock and come in KGs.

A genuinely happy customer. I purchased a spin bike. Great communication from start to finish, quick delivery and the bike is top quality. I will be purchasing all of my future gym/fitness equipment from these guys in the future.

Staff are incredible, shout out to Indigo and Dan for your help. Long time coming and you guys made it so easy!! Very thankful for your help. Also the C20 seems to be the best all rounder piece atm if anyone is looking for a functional trainer.

I really wanted this company and my issue to be redeemed in my item return and exchange and honestly its just made my opinion of the company worse. My forst order delivery tome and dates were wrong and resulted in 16 calls back ans forth to get the date and time as per request (which was confirmed a month before and also 3 days before) upon delivery a major item was missing meaning fot out couldn't be completed. Bar collar broke after 4 uses... upon the exchange of 2 items and price difference paid for to get something else. I am still waiting for the delivery. Over 1 week after being promised it would be fast tracked with the courier. Its a mess. A waste of time and the staff seem to have no clue what is happening. Absolutely disappointing... im done, never again!

Awesome experience from first call/email to pick up and replacement.
The lady I spoke with on the phone was excellent. I couldn't make the 2.00pm warehouse cut off, so she sorted it by leaving in shop (was just a few dumbbells). Guy at the counter, very friendly. Got home to find one dumbbell had a minor imperfection. I emailed after hours, with a pic, got an immediate response from a friendly customer service lady. Took the damaged dumbbell back this morning and had it swapped over. Warehouse guy was fantastic. Will definitely be back. Just hope my son doesn't get much stronger too quick! 10/10
