Basically AlphaFit are amazing! Their product design is gorgeous, their level of service and communication is impressive. They are upfront with deliverables and timeline realities but also deliver on time or early. Our large, complicated orders to our ad hoc/last minute ones were handled smoothly considering it involves international shipping and delivering to an out of the way location. Special mention to Natasha and Mark for helping with assembly. You guys rock!

There was only ever going to one choice for Electric Fitness when choosing a supplier for our fit-out and that was AlphaFit. I was able to call Will (our rep) and discuss our needs plus visit the factory to take a closer look at all the equipment.
When we were ready to start the fit-out the Alphafit team were there all the way which included installation of the flooring, rig, storage and cardio equipment. All done within a few days. Outstanding.
Electric is very happy with the space incorporating our colour theme of black and white throughout the range of equipment.

I purchased the Revolving Curl bar, D-Handle Pulldown bar and the Tricep bar. Super fast shipping (thanks!!) The pic I attached is the the top three Alpha Vs the bottom two items stock standard with my gym.

Every aspect of working with Alpha Fit has been quality, from initially speaking with Will to the delivery of the gym equipment.
I cannot speak highly enough of the products and service - and to top it off its all made and designed in Australia
