I have always struggled with finding what works best for me and sticking to it. The variations in the programming and the chances we get each challenge to push ourselves that little bit more make Fitstop Coomera is such a vibe. Great place to train, great coaches, owners and a great community of members that make each class a blast to be apart of. I have made some amazing friends here. Best decision I made becoming part of this fit family just over 2 years ago now and I love being able to call this gym home.

Hands down the best gym I’ve been to. Not a big fan of group workouts but Q and Sel completely changed my mind on that. A great and encouraging atmosphere which is super welcoming. Love the family focus and the chance to connect with so many wonderful people at different points of their fitness journey.

I have joined Fitstop Coomera in January this year and oh boy, I wish I would've done it way sooner!! I absolutely love that you just rock up to the gym and get a solid workout done without putting any thoughts into it. It's that simple, you just need to rock up. As soon as you enter the gym, you will be welcomed by the amazing coaches and members of the gym. This gym is truely a happy place with good vibes only! You wont feel any body shaming, judgement or awkwardness like in so many other gyms. You will find pretty much every age group in this gym. The workouts vary every day which makes it engaging. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and always provide an alternative exercise if needed. No one is left behind. The owners of the gym, Sel and Q, go above and beyond for their members. They are providing so many extras in addition to the Fitstop program which makes Fitstop Coomera a very unique place. I cannot thank the entire team enough for all they do for us! Joining Coomera Fitstop this year was the best decision I have made and I cannot wait for the progress I will make in the upcoming years. Do yourself a favour and check it out! You will not regret it!

Definitely a good motivator to get up and moving at 5am in the morning. The owners and trainers not only offer great advice but encourage a really healthy community spirit.

Just over 12 months ago, I won 6 weeks of free training at Fitstop Coomera. I hadn't done anything like it before. From the get-go, I received an extremely warm welcome, instantly feeling like part of the fitness family, I knew it was the perfect gym for me. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, going above and beyond to help me reach my goals and enhance my mindset. As a result, I've seen remarkable improvements in my fitness level and formed lasting connections with like-minded individuals. Coomera Fitstop is not just a gym; it's a supportive community that fosters growth and acceptance. If you're considering joining, I highly recommend taking the first step and experiencing the transformation for yourself.
