CrossFit Tempered is legit the highlight of my week! Being a teenager can be tough, but this place feels like a second home. The coaches are more like mentors – they push me to be my best, and it's never boring. The youth program is a game-changer. It's not just about getting fit; it's about gaining confidence and having a supportive crew around. I've made awesome friends, and the workouts are challenging but in a good way. If you're a teen looking for a place that gets you and helps you grow, CrossFit Tempered is it. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best gym I’ve been to. 20/10 for me 😁 The coaches and community are so friendly and inviting. All fitness abilities catered for and they have a continually varied program to keep it interesting and challenging. Facilities are great and there is continuous communication through socials and apps to keep you motivated.

Could not have found a more supportive community. Coaches are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in scaling all the activities to meet you where you're at, all while motivating you to build strength.
