Suzie is one of the most amazing yoga teachers I have practiced with and I’ve practiced yoga for 28yrs. She has a beautiful way about her and her practice, a caring soul and a love for what she does. Her classes are strong yet gentle and so therapeutic. Suzie adds a unique personal touch that helps each individual through their own journey as she guides them, as well as space for when you feel “I’ve got this.” Suzie is a fabulous teacher for beginners, practiced yogis and all in between. I always come out of Suzie’s classes feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, relaxed and revived. I feel blessed to have practiced with Suzie from when she first started, I just love her!!! ♥️🙏🏽✌🏽☀️

I have been going to Suzie from Empower Yoga & Fitness for my waxing for some years now. I highly recommend Suzie as a Beauty Therapist. She has a passion for all that she does in life, whether it be her Yoga and Fitness or her beauty therapy. After many years of searching for a beauty therapist to do my waxing properly, I finally found Suzie. I have over the years been to many different salons (including the Big name, well known ones that charge the earth) and have always had to come home turn on my wax pots and finish the job myself.. I now don't have to do that and am so thankful. I love her home salon with it's separate entrance. Suzie is always friendly and very professional, and I just love her passion for Health, Fitness and Beauty as a whole. Thanks Suzie!

How my life has transformed by practicing yoga with Suzie. I cannot recommend her enough, and am truly blessed to have a teacher as herself. After having practiced with many yoga teachers, I can happily say, Suzie adds the right balance of Yin and Yang to any practice. In addition to her great asana sequences, she has further knowledge in yoga therapy and extended yoga philosophy, which allows my practice on and 'off the mat' to develop in a way thats I would have never thought possible.

I would highly recommend Suzie at Empower Yoga and Fitness, not only is she expertly trained in all forms of Yoga, Pilates and fitness but she is a lovely, caring person as well. She really knows her stuff and will make sure that you are doing everything correctly. I was advised by my Physiotherapist to do some Pilates, so I went along to Suzies class on Tues Mornings, it has been one of the best things I have done in terms of helping strengthen my back and core muscles. It's great to have someone so experienced so close and handy.
