This bodywork was so worthwhile and well needed. It has helped with several movement restrictions and made huge improvements to my overall posture.
Izzy was easy to work with throughout the whole process. He is a very talented therapist who tailored the 12 sessions to suit my individual needs!

I booked a session for a deep tissue massage, hoping to find relief from persistent tension and discomfort of my left shoulder. From the outset, Izzy demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism and attentiveness. He took the time to understand my specific needs and concerns, ensuring that the session would be tailored to address them effectively.
As the massage began, I immediately felt the skilled hands of Izzy working their magic. His technique was both firm and precise, targeting areas of tension with expert precision and team work. Despite the intensity of the deep tissue approach, Izzy always ensured that I remained comfortable, checking in periodically to ensure the pressure was to my liking.
I'm ready to continue with more sessions, since I see the most amazing improvement from the first session. Highly recommended .

Izzy's bodywork treatments for posture alignment were recommended to me, so I booked in for 4 initial sessions, not entirely sure what to expect.
I can honestly say that I didn't expect to see such a noticable difference, not only in the way I stand but I carry less tension in my hips and back and have more flexibility in my daily movements - Its like Izzy has given me more space in my body. The initial sessions ended over a month ago and I still feel the benefits from these treatments now - Lasting results.
Since then, Izzy has been treating me for a knee injury and his work has significantly eased the pain. His knowledge of the human body, how everything is connected and the way he works with the tissue, explaining what the body is doing - or in some cases meant to be doing but isn't - is not only interesting but really helpful in understanding the reason for the pain and how we can work together to relieve it.
I'm so grateful that Izzy was recommended to me in the first place - I too would highly recommend his work to anyone who is looking for help with pain management, posture alignment and muscle tension relief.

On holiday from NZ and was suffering with lower back pain/discomfort. Izzy came to our accommodation and worked on my back, he was absolutely fantastic! Feel so much better. He was great to talk to, very professional and explained everything to me. Would highly recommend and will certainly book him again when we revisit the Gold Coast. Thanks Izzy 🙂
