We went for a short staycation, and this was our first time at Q1. My god, we had such a great time! The service was so prompt and top-notch—whenever we had any issues or questions about the room, there was a maintenance guy at our door within 5 minutes, even though the resort was very busy over Easter.
I really appreciated the friendly staff and their kindness. All the amenities were outstanding—super clean and well maintained.
And the room? OMG, the views were absolutely breathtaking, and the apartment was spotless.
No doubt, I'd recommend Q1 to anyone looking for a couple of luxurious, relaxing days. It was so soothing, and we felt completely refreshed after our stay.

Absolutely Beautiful views especially from the sky point lounge where the food in amazing. The rooms are very clean and are soooo nice. Amazing spot and only a 5 minute walk to main beach or a 30 second walk to the beach right in front of you. The pool area is so nice although the arcade room smells a little weird but all in all it’s very nice. Best place to stay in the Gold Coast

From the start, the reception staff (Yumie) were so friendly. Everyone working was so helpful, and even after we had checked out, helped by giving us a temporary card to use the facilities on our checkout day. The room was loverly and clean, with good views, as we were only on the 14th floor they could have been even better. Pool and gym showing a little age but still very nice and do the job! View from the top is great that you can have with breakfast for $42 pp.

The location is the only good thing here.
Unfortunately I wouldn't call this place a resort, but more of a modern apartment complex.
The rooms are quite strange as interior design and also for the amenities. Very minimal amenities. You have a espresso machine but not providing espresso cup (?)
Carpets are visible old and smells funny.
In the bathroom you don't even have a toothbrush holder to store it.
I mean, just simple details . They should improve as well the pool. Very dirty for my point of view, despite the nauseous smell of chloride. Sauna are in the bathroom and separate men to woman. What kind of Spa is this ? Very misleading from the website unless you actually read reviews .

Excellent short break here at Q1. 🥰
We found a small problem with our room & the manager Nigel quickly sorted out for us, giving us an upgraded room and a bottle of wine.
The rooms are well fitted with all you'd need.
Very comfortable beds . Surprisingly, really quiet rooms which were cleaned daily. Amazing pools with great spa.
Views are spectacular .We could see from north to south.😀
