Don’t recommend at all. I had long acrylics on and I asked for them to be cut shorter square and ombre. They had a fake hand next to me Showcasing their ombre Work to which I chose which one I wanted. Did not turn out how I expected the service was rough and I had to ask at least six times for the lady to correct the work she’d done as they looked awful… Extremely thick. So thick it’s like I had marbles on my nails or something.& after asking for them to be filed thinner to look like a normal acrylic they’re still thick & she explained they had to be so they stay adhered to the nail. When I left I had to get my own file and file all the funky sides where the acrylic was placed on my skin & top coat messily. One of my nails was covered in dust and she painted over it & the entire nail was lumpy to which I asked she fixed it & she said it was normal. I was cut multiple times which hurt…… and they’re still so lumpy. They’re not nice at all & it was $85 for an infill. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Don’t recommend at all.

Got a manipedi. Staff were nice enough but got gel nails and they chipped after 2 days. They also didn’t paint all the way down to the cuticle or shape them all the same.

I’m really disappointed in my experience today at glamour nails. I went to get a new set of BIAB , and instead of listening to my request, she cut my nails really short. I spent three months growing them out, I was then met with a new lady who did my nails. She was very rude to my young daughter and snatched the nail samples out of her hand. At the end she just walked away and my nails were all uneven. The entire time I felt so devalued and The shape wasn’t fixed at all. There was no attention to detail, and then when I brought it to the lady who served me at the counters attention, I was completely dismissed and walked away on. I don’t typically leave bad. I’m very big on leaving positive reviews but this is a has really upset me. I felt like a number, instead of a regular customer who literally comes every two-three weeks.

!!DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO WASTE MONEY!!!
I never usually write reviews but this service and the customers service has been one of the most appalling and udderly disappointing experiences I've ever had to do with in a nail salon.
I first walked in to go get my nails done with acrylics and they sat me down and little did I know I was walking into my own NIGHTMARE! After taking my seat I had to wait 15 minutes and I know that doesn't sound like a lot but I already had a lady sat down with me to get started but the boss repeatedly came up to each nail technician and kept swapping them out with me each time I said what I wanted with the service. So I was already annoyed to begin with
After finally having one no technician stay longer than two minutes with me she began on my nails. I think her previous job before she started becoming a nail technician was a butcher because I have never been in such Pain and stressed out before when getting my nails done the way I have had with this lady! I repeatedly got cut and bled during this whole service thank god they have a TV because that was the only thing that could semi thing keeping me distracted from the hack and slash job on my hands! The lack of communication was the cherry of top for me because she didn't even speak to me once other then ask what shape I wanted!
Not to mention the level of how unhygienic this salon is compared to the others in Robina all the tools looks like they haven't been clean or replaced in the last 10 years!
After the torture session finished I payed 90!! Dollars for the most flat basic nails I've ever gotten when I could have gotten them down for 65 bucks easily!
Not even a week later one of the nails broke off and I called to get it fixed and you except due to it being such such a short time period that he'll be able to fix it for free but he said that it's my fault and I should be more careful even though I explained that I've literally pressed down on the faucet and it popped off. Very unprofessional!!!
