Although I had a great massage, I have to give this a 1 star experience because the front desk staff were just so unfriendly. It was a rainy cold day and I called in advance to see about cancelling the bathhouse portion of our booking, and keeping our massage booking. The woman at the front desk was so unaccommodating and told me that it is lovely to be outside when it is cold and raining...when I told her that we disagreed and would prefer to not come to the bathhouse, she told me that she would still charge us because it was in the 24 hour window. She also made it seem as if it was my fault that I didn't somehow know it was going to rain. As a business owner myself, this was such a bad call - it doesn't cost this business anything to cancel the bathhouse booking and keep a happy customer, not to mention they were still making money on the massages we booked. Very disappointing experience and really left a bad taste in my mouth. Would not come back here.

I’m not sure I was the target audience tbh, but my wife booked it and she looks good in a bikini, so I thought “why not”. For $40 each we gained access to two hollywood hot tubs, a wood-fired sauna, a wooden hot tub (there’s also a cold water pool and refrigerated tub, but I don’t do cold so can’t comment). Have to give the guys credit though. They’ve taken what is basically a bougie back yard, surrounded by a pub and a main road, and turned it into a tranquil mindfulness retreat. That’s quite a feat, for which they should be commended, but for me next time i’ll go to the pub next door and spend my $40 on some happy hour schooners.

Had the ultimate package and it was amazing! Such a nice setting and the facial and massage was so relaxing, I came out feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated.

Lovely shop with lots of goodies for cooking or baking organic fruit n vegs lots of sweet treats worth the drive out to Currumbin eco village
