Judging by the other reviews its possible I got a bung masseuse so take that into consideration. My partner and I got the mobile service $300+. It did appear there was some sort of issue with the booking as one masseuse was late and mentioned she was called to do the booking late. The foot soaking was a nice touch however considering the price point this was sadly the worst massage I have experienced. My partner stated hers was not much better than I described. I spent the majority of the massage thinking about how much I had spent for the light touching and awkward situation which did not help the relaxation if there was any to be had. I wish I could say otherwise but I see hope in other reviews that my experience is simply not the usual standard but this does little to sooth my $300 loss.

From booking my massage to Ali being on time for my appointment to the amazing massage, it was perfect. I highly recommend Ali. Haven't felt this relaxed in years

After a day of travelling we booked a last minute 1.5hr couples massage with Joeanne and Terri and it was the best experience we have had.
Ripple was more than accommodating and easy to deal with, fitting us in around our schedules.
Both ladies were professional and extremely attentive.
I would highly recommend anyone considering this service to book in with these two wonderful women.
We will definitely be having another session before we leave. 12/10

As per the other review, I was given some gift vouchers which expired after 6 months. I got in touch to see if I could use them and it was a pretty abrupt "no". My circumstance, which I explained to Ripple, was that I was given the vouchers when I was undergoing cancer treatment whilst pregnant then delivered a prem baby etc etc... so I quite simply didn't have it in me to have a massage at that time. They didn't seem to care / be interested. From what I can see online perhaps they are closed so perhaps going through a tough time!? If that is the case, perhaps explaining that would have been nice, as I think most people are pretty understanding... I'm just speculating though, perhaps they're always rude.
