Had been a member and I accumulated $33 for anti-wrinkle and it expired even though I had gone in for a review 2 months before the expiry date of these points and I was charged money at this appointment and my accumulated points could have been redeemed Clearly I wasn’t told or even notified of these points or I would have used them. They were going to expire and they said to me I need to become a member again or they can’t be used and stated that if I became a member again I could use the points. Why wasn’t I offered at my review appointment? It’s not about the client here it’s about making money. I will be going elsewhere from now on. Yes it is only $33 in points but it’s the customer care that matters most here.

So disappointed! I have always gone to Esteem for my Pigmentation issues. I was due for my treatment again, only to get there and find they no longer offer that treatment, but one even better but came with a more expensive price tag. I had it done, and the lady who served me was so rude. I had already paid but was asking a few questioned about it and was just so rude. I called the week after and told her that I hadn't had the same reaction as last time and she told me to come in because i should have seen my skin starting to peel. When i got in there the laser tech told me it was too early and to wait a bit longer. Waited another few days and still nothing. Called again and explained how disappointed i was and they couldn't care less. I was so disappointed that it was $400 down the drain and i got no result at all. Wont be back.

Amazing experience every time I come in as a model. The qualified trainer, and Nurses in training are very knowledgeable and professional. I have had my Botox done with them for years now and I always love their work 🌟

All the staff at Esteem Clinic are so welcoming and lovely. I have been seeing Sheila for a few months now and she has been wonderful and so attentive. She carefully explains every detail to me on what she will be doing to help reduce my migraines and even has been working on minimising my awful frown lines I've had for years and have been very self-conscious about. Thank you to all staff at Esteem!

Best Clinic! I have my lip filler done by the amazing Annie! She was so wonderful & knowledgeable, we talked through exactly what I wanted and she make the whole process so easy & comforting. I can’t recommend her enough! Will definitely be coming back for all my treatments with Annie!
