I usually never have an issue with this clinic and have had such nice experiences but today when I came in for my appointment I was around 10 minutes late. However when I got to the clinic as per usual they only seem to have one staff member on shift. Sometimes if they are occupied treating a customer the staff will put out a sign to let people know they’ll soon be out to check you in but today there was no sign… so I was just waiting for over 20 minutes and was speaking aloud asking if anyone was there. After a while a staff member came out of a room that was right nearby and I said “oh sorry were u with a customer?” The female staff member replied “no I was on a zoom meeting”. Anyway… she looked up my appointment and told me I had missed it. She told me I could either reschedule later for the same day or another day. I didn’t plan on being at the shopping centre for very long and had driven and gotten ready to go, so very disappointed. I can understand that other customers may have booked time slots as well but in this case she wasn’t with any customers and there was no other customers waiting. Don’t think I’ll be returning to the Robina clinic again. Also the staff always push for coming in at the 2 week mark for the peel I wanted but she didn’t really seem to care about that. I didn’t make much of a hassle either, just very disappointing and a loss of a sale and future sales for the clinic.

Had an incredible hydrating facial ...my skin feels fantastic and the young lady who gave me the facial was very knowledgeable, friendly and proficient. Going back for another treatment in a couple of weeks...well done!

Treated myself to my first ever facial and peel. The most unbelievable experience ever. Was treated like royalty. Was talked through the whole process and it felt wonderful. Couldn't find a single fault. Highly recommend 👌

I want to give ZERO stars, but unfortunately, there is no option here.
I had the worst service experience of my life!!!
I called 1 hour before saying that I couldn't go to my appointment because I had a personal issue, and the extremely rude person on the phone said that I couldn't reschedule my appointment at all. The only option she gave me was to book again AND PAY AGAIN for the treatment that I’ve already paid.
Again, I couldn’t attend because I had an unforeseen event and unfortunately, unforeseen events happen to everyone.
I said that I wouldn't pay again because besides being expensive I had already paid the full amount in advance, and she said I needed to reschedule at least 24 hours prior the appointment.
She was completely intolerant and said there was no way, that if I didn't want to lose my money I had to find a way to go for my original appointment... I tried my best to arrive on time (without a car), but I couldn’t make it.
I explained it to her, but she was completely intolerant and rude, saying she couldn't help me, even though I managed and arrived late.
Anyway, I do not recommend this clinic! Never, ever pay in advance!!! Because if something happens, and you can't go on the day, you will lose your money and you won't be able to get your treatment that has already been paid for!!! Absurd!!!
