Myself and my primary aged daughter have been seeing Dr Dan and the team for the last 5yrs. The whole practice is professional & polite, we always walk away having a good experience. Dan always makes us feel comfortable, you don't feel like just a number, he always remembers us. I recently located from very remote NT to the GC. I needed some longterm dentistry issues treated. After a thorough search I selected this practice. I was initially assessed by Dr Ben Tseng. He explained the issue as he saw it and outlined my options including the cost. There was no pressure and no hidden costs.I selected an option and booked in. The work was done using state of the art technology which meant the procedure could be completed on the same day rather than the usual 2 weeks between visits. Throughout, Dr Tseng was patient, careful, professional and he took his time to describe the procedure and the steps and answer all my questions. I am very happy with the results (a new crown manufactured on site). Dr Tseng is the most competent, likeable dentist I have ever met and I cannot recommend him highly enough. The pricing is competitive and it represents value for money. Many sincere thanks to Dr Ben Tseng!

I switched to Southport Dental at the start of the year and found them to be the best I have ever been to. From the reception to the Dentist, they make you feel at ease and reassured that your dental health is important to them. Bothe the dentist and hygienist explain every step of the process so you know what is happening to you.
