The staff at Physio Lab Ormeau are incredible. From the moment you walk in the door, you are always greeted with the friendly girls in reception who are so helpful. My physio Jack is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He knows exactly how to help and if he’s unsure, will research to find the best treatment. Jack has provided me with treatment plans that have allowed me to be pain free and continue doing the things I love doing. Thank you to all the staff for your support. I’ve been seeing Jack for the last 6 weeks following an injury. Jack has been attentive, professional, and possesses a great depth of knowledge. He explains concepts in lay terms, regularly checks for understanding, and provides opportunities for clarification - steps that differentiate his services from other providers. I’ve made great progress during my time with Jack. I don’t plan on injuring myself again, but if I do, Jack will be the first person I call.

Went to see Jack Melbourne at Physiolab with a frozen shoulder. With a combination of physical therapy and a clear exercise regime I have seen great improvement very quickly. Jack is very knowledgeable and shared lots of insights as part of the sessions on what is happening in my shoulder. He also discussed potentially pathways for additional things I can do to accelerate my progress. He genuinely cares about your progress. It is great to find someone who help you get back to be the best version of your physical self ! Highly recommended.
