One of my specialists recommended I go to Liz for treatment as I have a number of underlying painful conditions.
After four visits with Liz, many of the symptoms have reduced in frequency and/or intensity.
She has a hands-on approach to treatment, coupled with relevant exercises which when followed lead to great outcomes.
There is plenty of work to be done however I can say that I feel much better than I have for many years.
I would not hesitate to recommend Liz's whole-of-body treatment for underlying conditions such as mine.

Liz is an incredible physiotherapist. She is able to read every fibre of your body, complimented with her innate intuitive skills.

My first appointment with Liz was a complete accident but one that I am so glad happened. I had experienced repeated lower leg strains and tears for years with other Physio’s treating the injuries but no one that could help me with the cause. Liz took the time to look at the big picture and now has helped me complete my first marathon, a couple of half marathons and over 25 triathlons in the last few years.
My running style has changed completely to be more efficient and with less stress on my legs. I have adopted a new attitude when it comes to warming up, recovery and muscle health.
Everyone says that “their Physio is the best” but I know that mine is! She is fantastic at her job and such a wonderful, positive person that I couldn’t recommend more highly.

After spending the last 2 years restrained and limited in my physical activity( just not feeling like me ) ,trying different practitioners and methods but always coming up short .
I am ecstatic at the progress made after just my first treatment with Liz .
Liz is a diligent and professional practitioner as well as being incredibly personable and genuine.
She is exceptionally talented at what she does and her passion and love for her discipline shines through which only enhances her work.

Prior to seeing Liz, I was frustrated with reoccurring niggles and poor posture affecting my performance. I was a little nervous and unsure what to expect, although Liz was able to calm my nerves instantly and I really felt confident in her ability to solve my problem. After a thorough whole body assessment, she was able to narrow down on the root cause (which no one else has done before). I am looking forward to continuing to work with Liz and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a quality therapist.
