Dr Carol Falconi is amazing!
Believe it or not I was recommended by a random person at the petrol station that saw me wearing my knee brace, he approached me and told me that I should go to this clinic and see Dr Carol , she helped his daughter and they were very happy with her job. I started with Dr Carol few weeks ago and is amazing how good I'm doing and recovering.

Great experience, highly recommend Devon and the Gold Coast Sports & Spinal Physio team.
After attending a few different physiotherapists for a niggling injury, there was a clear difference in the quality of assessment and treatment I received at Gold Coast Sports & Spinal Physio.
Devon was fantastic at explaining and implementing treatment which led to big improvements in a short period of time.
Easily the best physio I've been to, highly recommend.

Highly recommend Mel to anyone with neck issues. She is a master at her craft. So happy I’ve finally found someone on the Gold Coast who is an expert at what they do. A relaxed friendly atmosphere at all times and I walk away feeling 100% better than when I went in. Thankyou Mel and team.

Highly Recommend Them!
These physios are awesome! Thank you to Mel and the rest of the physiotherapy team who took care of me (Mel, Carol & Matt)! Also, a big thanks to Mel for the great active muscle loss measurement tool and recovery sessions, that was targeted and focussed. I highly recommend them for physiotherapy and rehabilitation. They know their job very well! Let them know what your problem is and they will handle it - from dry needling, neck manipulation, deep tissue massage and shockwave therapy it really worked!

This place has recently split appointments from 20 minutes to 10 minute splits now costing 160$ 😡 10 minute needling costing upwards of 80$ is a joke I won’t be going back and I’ll make sure never to recommend your services to anyone again. Be my last appointment
Your response is not true, i have cancelled twice in a period of 2-3 years.first time is because I work week on week off and I totally forgot. It’s no excuse. The physio likes to prebook ahead, I recently let him know that I’ll book in when I am on my week off so I don’t miss further appointments. Second cancelation my wife had an urgent matter to attend right before my appointment. I had to be at home with my kids I rang and explained to admin and apologised. I have never sworn or abused staff why would I want to do that over an appointment doesn’t make sense to me. My wife called to book an appointment a month ago, the lady on the phone who had been on maternity was lovely she brought up my file and spoke about the two existing cancelations on my name. She said she can’t make the booking unless they were paid first me and my wife thought about for a minute, thought to pay at least the first cancellation because I had forgot totally my fault. your admin said you know what don’t even worry about and she said she doesn’t even know why they are still on there for so long and said she will book me in and not to worry about paying the fee it’s all good she will waive it. We said are you sure she said yes no worry’s see you tomorrow. wasn’t the case the next day i went in for my appointment and was told by another staff my file has cancelations on it and need to pay it first before going in was kinda confusing if you know what I mean. After my appointment my wife got speaking with you that same day, yes you waived the two cancellations and we appreciated you doing that for me . Now we have come to this I am happy you cancelled this mornings appointment otherwise I’ll be upto 5 cancelations on my file I was willing to pay for my last visit and call it at that. I actually like my physiotherapist and everyone at your clinic I’ve never met you before but if creating lies is what makes you feel better then ok. Iv found another business more cost effective and provides 30min appointments for shockwave,massage and needling as a package for $110.
$60 for 15 minutes of shockwave only. I was recommended to do 30 minute block
because shock wave works better with massaging and needling. I Should have left a long time ago, I got to comfortable. after a quick google search. I was happy to speak to a business in Broadbeach with great customer service and the admin actually know there products and services and overall better price
