I didn't realise my body could be so flexible or feel so strong. Really enjoyed the session(s) with Alissa at Lissome Physiotherapy & Technique Studios ..... reformer pilates is just so much fun !

Kalli is an excellent physio, best I have been too. Was able to diagnose and treat my problem promptly. Would recommend highly!

I have used Lissome Physiotherapy for the last 12 months and have had great results - would recommend to anyone with pain and requiring exercise to strengthen after surgery
