Thoroughly enjoying my first two months with Keiser. I find the staff super friendly and attentive. It’s reassuring knowing I’m finally on the right path to navigating all my injuries and ailments. I can now rehabilitate and grow stronger without fear of misdirection.

What a professional & caring business. I am not a gym person, however, from the moment I heard Kane giving a presentation at our Golf Club, I was interested. It isn't like your normal gym.
I have had many injuries & thanks to the great Physio, Care & training plan, that Sophie has given me, I am starting to regain some strength. I have had many physical & emotional problems, but always feel understood & supported. The helpful staff especially Chris, Eden, Chelsea & all the team that help during my training, I feel like I am part of a family of professional trainers who really help with everything. Thanks guys!!

These guys are the best . I wanted to do strength training in a safe injury free environment. With on-site physio scans exercise physiologists this is a great place to increase strength and mobility. The machines are very unique and isolate each muscle - while keeping technique at an optimum. The app provides the support you need to set up the machines correctly and strengthen each muscle . Definitely recommend this centre.

Keiser conducts seminars to its members that include lessons covering mental health/illness and relationships to physical activity. Could Keiser kindly ask instructors to provide evidence of skillsets in their expertise on subject matter, this can be posted online or at the start of these meetings. Its a very serious subject, so only right to have qualified teachers. There is some doubt as to the credentials of some, judging by the advice and lack of depth and knowledge in some areas. Thank you.
