Gregg is the definition of a highly skilled professional and this is coming from a doctor. He fixed my workout injury (epicondylitis) after 1 visit and thanks to him I was back in action in no time!

Gregg is a great physio! He is very good at determining the cause of an issue and helping to fix it. He was also able to give me a personal swimming lesson which helped to take 2mins of my triathlon swim time. I can highly recommend Gregg.

I woke up one morning recently with an extremely painful shoulder and couldn’t move my arm at all. I called Gregg, he was fully booked but offered to fit me in at the end of the day. Even though it was late on Friday he didn’t hurry me – he took care to diagnose and try and to relieve some of the pain for me. He also helped organize an ultrasound and contacted my Dr so it would be cheaper. As soon as he received the scan results he phoned the radiologist to discuss the treatment and then contacted me and my doctor to arrange it. Amazing.
He managed the whole process for me and was at the end of the phone to help with queries and to check in on me.
I’m so grateful and so impressed by his professionalism and service – I have never come across that level of care and concern before. Thank you so much Gregg.

I have worked with Gregg as my physio and my coach for many years now. He has been able to assist me with injury rehab as well as assisting me with my own personal training to achieve my athletic goals. Gregg is very knowledgeable and has a great ability to translate physiological issues into easy understandable terms. I can highly recommend Gregg as a coach and a physio.
