I have been suffering from chronic plantar fasciitis after working in physically demanding jobs for over 20 years. It is a very difficult condition to treat, but the physiotherapist here has been extremely helpful in alleviating my symptoms. Although the treatment can be quite painful, the effects are significant and usually last for a month or two. Additionally, the physiotherapist has excellent communication skills with patients. If you are experiencing pain and need physiotherapy, I highly recommend this place.

This place has Korean therapists, making communication very comfortable. Aron, he's particular, is highly professional, providing top-quality treatment. He listens carefully to the symptoms, empathizes deeply, and delivers effective therapy. Thanks to the excellent treatment here, I was able to recover quickly.👍

I am an agricultural worker. My back was hurting while I was working, so I went to see a physiotherapist. He told me that it would be better for me to get my body corrected so that I could work with a sustainably healthy body, not just treat it. I signed up for a Pilates class here.
I'm about halfway through my 10 classes and I can say with confidence that Pilates has been a great decision. I've never done Pilates anywhere else before, so I can't really compare, but I know I've gotten to know my body like never before, and I'm very happy with that. I used to think I had control over my body, but I've realised that I can control the parts I use often. I can't control the parts I don't use often or that I've neglected for a long time, but I'm enjoying the process of revitalising the parts I can control.
My teacher is spot on in her diagnosis of my body and gets how I struggle to work with it. But she also trains me really hard. I will continue doing Pilates after these 10 sessions. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a job that uses their body or who thinks they're too fit or strong to need it. I didn't realise how out of balance I was until I got sick.
