I can highly recommend My Vitality Physio at Hope Island. The staff are all really friendly and very knowledgeable. My physiotherapist is Tailah and I can't speak highly enough of her. She has also had a very gentle approach to my very painful injury and I am really pleased with the progress I'm making. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Called here last minute today bc I woke with muscle soreness and tightness and couldn’t put pressure on my right leg. Was treated by Steve who was amazing! He used dry needling, massage, some stretching and finally taping to help alleviate some of the discomfort with walking. He was attentive and took his time listening then trying to fix my issue and reduce my discomfort. I already feel some relief. The young woman at the front desk was so lovely and I was so appreciative they were able to fit me in today. I will be back for a follow up next week. Thank you!

Damon at MVP is really helping me with my badly broken ankle. Having regular physio at MVP has me walking and mobile and totally controlled the pain. After each session, I have more range of movement. I tried 2 physiotherapist’s before I tried MVP and after the first session, I knew this was the perfect place to help with my recovery.
