I highly recommend this clinic! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Cindy, who is always so kind and helpful. I’ve been receiving physiotherapy and physio exercises here for almost a year, working with Claire and Shannon, and I’ve seen significant improvement after my motorbike accident, where I broke my foot and ankle. Both are extremely knowledgeable. I also had one session with Nathan, who is just as knowledgeable and nice. The level of care and service here is excellent!

Not one to leave a bad review! In and out 15 minutes with a MCL, meniscus and ACL injury with little empathy or help moving forward.
Won’t name and shame the practitioner but didn’t do anything other then a basic tape to my knee and advising me to see my doctor for a referral to a specialist. $150 later and the tape already coming off before I got home…
Seeing the physiologist here for a program in a few weeks and really have high hopes to amend my review as the Customer service team were very lovely!

I had a 60 min treatment with Claire Buttner. Her dry needling skills are excellent, she was able to relax a number of tight muscles. Claire is also very good at assessing injuries and recommending the right therapy options.

This was my first time visiting a physio to get treatment for my back pain - and now I’m just wishing I did it sooner. The admin staff at Sports and Spinal were very welcoming and my physio, Marina, was excellent. She listened, took the time to explain everything to me, helped relieve my pain within the first session, and created a treatment and management plan I feel I’ll actually stick to! Thank you Marina!

Had ongoing pain from torn ligaments in my Ankle and after 6 weeks Nathan at Sports and Spinal has removed all pain and I can walk normally again. Would highly recommend.
