Receptionist was friendly. My Medical appointment with Lucy went very well. Lucy was professional, friendly and her listening skills were absolutely perfect. I gained a lot of knowledge from her which I am utilising to help my condition. Thanks so much Lucy.

Not one to leave a bad review! In and out 15 minutes with a MCL, meniscus and ACL injury with little empathy or help moving forward.
Won’t name and shame the practitioner but didn’t do anything other then a basic tape to my knee and advising me to see my doctor for a referral to a specialist. $150 later and the tape already coming off before I got home…
Seeing the physiologist here for a program in a few weeks and really have high hopes to amend my review as the Customer service team were very lovely!

Amazing customer service starting with the lady at the welcoming desk and seeing the specialist Lucy Taylor was beyond my expectation.she was so nice and made me feel very comfortable during the process.i have no hesitation in recommending their women's health service

I was down on the Gold Coast for a competition and found this place. Honestly couldn’t recommend more, they were so catering and provided me the best care in terms of sports massage, strapping and physiotherapy. If I lived closer would definitely make this my go to place.
