I know first-hand, that my chronic pain from Rheumatoid Arthritis is significantly reduced after being treated by Jordan (one of the Physiotherapists)…….I’ve been provided with a range of practical, easy & simple exercises to do that are helpful & many tips ‘n tricks, so to speak, to increase my awareness of my posture, regularly getting up (at home & work) & physically move & stretch + the benefits of using a heat pack…….leads to not needing frequent pain medication.
Thanks PhysioFlex for helping to improve my joint function, reducing my chronic pain & for educating me about my specific condition & body 😊

Well how do you describe and put into words my physiotherapist Ben Mack, especially with having to endure with his own very serious medical issues and then be able to bounce back to help his clients, he's truly inspiring!
He’s not only highly qualified, but also a brilliant magician with his hands, and his knowledge, understanding, caring, communication, dedication and support with my recent medical issue [broken bone and torn ligaments in right foot and ankle] with very limited mobility since July 2024.
Ben's efforts are always first class and without doubt far exceeding the 5 star rating allowed above!
He’s "simply the best" and my sincere thanks to you Ben for all the many years of looking after me and getting me back mobile yet again.

Ben provided me with considered advice and an exercise plan. He made me feel much more confident in managing my injury.
The rooms provide supportive atmosphere and parking is easy.

I have been to many physiotherapist but physio flex really is the best ! They are all professionals and know exactly how to manage your pain ! Especially Ben he is really very good at making his clients leaving his place feeling the best .
