My husband & I have been attending Optimal Health Chiropractic for several years.
During this time we have definitely experienced a marked improvement in not only Spinal Alignment, but also in a stronger Immune System meaning neither of us can remember when we experienced colds or flue last.

This team is remarkable! Not all Chiropractors are created equal. I’ve had bad ones, but when you find a team that assesses your spinal problems, creates a treatment plan, and then regularly measures your progress back to pain free health, you know their first class. That’s exactly what the entire team here at Optimal Health Chiropractic do, Dr Nick, Dr Angela, Warrick, Brodie and Anton are sublime, can’t recommend them highly enough. They’ve been my pain saving grace for over 6 years now!

I have had issues with my back and neck for over a decade and no matter how many different providers I saw, it wouldn’t resolve or improve. Only ever immediate relief and then a return to normal.
Then I discovered Optimal Health and for the first time, had a set of X-rays done before an adjustment. When I learned what was going on with my back, I got a bit emotional knowing that my pain was not in my head. There was a very real reason I was feeling the way I was and there was something we could do to improve things.
Since starting with Optimal, I no longer get migraines, I can breathe without stabbing pains in my ribs and my posture has improved measurably.

Can’t say enough good things about the team at Optimal Health. From the moment you walk in, everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It doesn’t feel like a clinic, it feels like a family. You’re not just another appointment, they actually take the time to get to know you and make you feel genuinely cared for.
But beyond that, the results speak for themselves. Since starting treatment, I’ve been sleeping better, moving better, and just feeling better overall. It’s made such a noticeable difference in my day-to-day life. If I wasn’t a believer in chiropractic care before, I definitely am now. It’s been a truly transformative experience.
