The Best Chiropractor Ever!
As a childcare worker I used to suffer from chronic neck pain ( Can’t even turn my neck!), low back pain and body aches for a long time. I tried various treatments, but nothing seemed to work—until I found this amazing chiropractor. Honestly, it has completely changed my life for the better! Living with NO PAIN is the best thing ever.
Doctor Sumit started with a thorough consultation, asking about my symptoms and carefully examining my body. He explained the issues in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel confident right from the start. After just a first sessions, my neck pain and body aches significantly reduced, almost disappearing entirely. I feel so much lighter and more comfortable now.
What impressed me the most was the doctor’s expertise and attention to detail throughout every step of the process. I visited this chiropractor during a time of significant back pain, hoping for clarity and relief. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling uneasy and dissatisfied. A diagnosis of degenerative disc disease was made during an acute injury, based solely on how my spine appeared while I was in a misaligned and inflamed state. This diagnosis was presented as absolute, with no consideration that my alignment might improve as the injury healed—which it did within a week.
What I found particularly troubling was the use of fear-based tactics. The chiropractor painted a grim picture of my back and its supposed long-term issues, but then refused to take responsibility for the diagnosis, stating that ‘it might not be true’ or ‘could change later.’ This left me feeling confused and unsupported, especially after being told such alarming news.
Additionally, there was a strong focus on money exchange without a clear plan to reassess or verify the initial diagnosis. It felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine commitment to my well-being.
Health practitioners have a responsibility to provide balanced, patient-centered care.
They have good refund policies but I hope this feedback makes them consider a more thoughtful and ethical best at heart professional patient relationship.
