My doctor today was Dr Luke ward.
He was friendly and very professional. He listened to what I said and took the appropriate actions. My norma doctor isl Dr Aruni she is also an excellent caring, professional. I feel comfortable discussing both medical problem as well as personal.
I find all the doctors, nurses and administration staff at this medical practice to be very good caring professionals. I have on several occasions when asked by friends to recommend a medical practice have had no hesitation in recommending this practice.

I’ve seen a few doctors from this medical centre but just recently saw Dr Andrew Kreis. He was friendly & professional. I didn’t feel rushed at all while I was there. Even gave me a quick call the next day to give me the X-ray results and check how my meds were going. I have never had a doctor do that. Always had to go back and pay for another visit to receive results. Amazing job & will be back!

Dr Nicole Hutchins is always an amazing doctor, I started going to RTMC after having some terrible experiences with other doctors on the Gold Cost and am so glad I did. Apart from Nicole as a GP they also have a whole clinic inside which makes it easier. Jo the ultrasound technician is also amazing. Generally getting an ultrasound is not an enjoyable experience and can be very stressful, Jo made it much more comfortable and relieved my stress during my visit.

Dr Hutchison is my doctor and I love her. Even if I do need to wait several weeks to make an appointment she is always kind and compassionate. At short notice I’m happy to see any of the clinic’s other doctors.

I am so satisfied with my experience with Dr Aruni and must recommend her.
I felt she listened and cared and will definitely be transitioning over to her.
She is firm but reasonable and I finally felt understood by giving me clarity for my situation
