The staff was friendly and efficient, and Doctor Das was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Unprofessional and completely dismissive of me after I paid for the service.
I came here seeking medical Cannabis and double checked that they offer this service with the doctors wife.
The doctor informed me that he did not have the license for medical cannabis and that I should check again in 2 months.
On the way out I did raise this to the front desk at which point they told me that I needed a second appointment to obtain medical which was not consistent with what I was told by the doctor. I waited and he changed his story telling me something completely different to what he said in privet with me.
If I was told what they said on the way out I would have simply selected a different GP and feel that I have been taken advantage of as I am a forgener to Australia

We are very fortunate to have such a professional family medical centre on the Gold Coast. Dr Das is a highly competent physician who offers very effective care and attention to his patients supported by years of experience. Lake Orr Family Practice also offers allied health care such as physiotherapy, anti-aging options and a dietician as well as referrals to other specialists when required. There are always continued improvements made at the medical centre to cater best to the needs of his patients. I highly recommend Lake Orr Family Practice to anyone who needs excellent medical care.

My husband went to doctor dass many years ago now and said he was great. I went to him myself after having poor experiences with gps in the past. DR DASS and the team are exceptional. Compassionate and thorough. It is worth the wait because you know you will be cared for.

I found the staff and Dr. Das to be very professional and kind at Lake Orr Family Practice. Both times I’ve attended I have had my young son with me and every member made us both feel welcomed. Dr. Das was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this practice.
