The Nurses and doctors are knowledgeable, patient, and truly supportive. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt fully informed and cared for. It’s clear they genuinely prioritize their patients’ health and well-being.
Another huge plus is that they offer bulk billing, which made accessing high-quality healthcare so much more affordable and stress-free.

Saffron street surgery is the best medical practice I have ever been to . The care and compassion is beyond . Nang Sein and Dr Anderson are incredible and between them and Monica they can solve any medical problem . Quinn at the front desk will do anything to help .

Definitely one of the worst GP practices I have ever experienced. As a nurse I am aware of the basic standards of care that patients are entitled to. Saffron St surgery caused so much distress for my father and myself, lacking compassion and duty of care during our difficult ordeal of his dementia diagnosis. I do hope that this surgery will endeavour to improve their services in the future to be directed at better patient centred care.

Lyn is a very competent and knowledgeable doctor. My husband and I have been going there for 30 + years. Quin and Monica are excellent on the phone, Nang and Luke have also helped us when Lyn isn't available or too busy. All caring and helpful staff.
