This is the best medical centre on the Gold Coast! I have been coming here for years and The ladies at reception are always so helpful and kind. I have even seen them have compassion with very rude and aggressive people at the reception. I have seen a couple of the doctors and they are attentive and caring. Would have no issue recommending this practice to all friends and family

A Bulk billing doctors that is easily accessible on the Gold Coast. Due to high traffic area, appointments are necessary. Wait times vary like any other medical centre. Have had a great experience for over 2+ years and see the nurse weekly and doctor regular for check in and scripts. Reception staff always manage to slot me in rather quickly.

Arrived 15 minutes late thinking I’d be fine as most doctors are at least 20-30 behind appointment times, but was told I was too late and had to book the next one in an hour and a half. So I waited at the shops and arrived on time, then 35 minutes later the doctors still calling other people in and I was going to be late for the dentist too at this rate (which I’d booked nearly 3 hours in advance for safety) so I had to leave without being seen after wasting 2 hours of my time. I highly doubt the doctor had called my name by the time I arrived the first time.

I had the best experience here. Staff went out of their way to make me comfortable. I left with a big smile on my face! I was given great advice for my allergies and chronic pain and now know how to manage it and live a carefree life. The doctor was very smart and kind. And the nurse that drew my blood was a hoot! 5 stars!!!!

as a young female don’t come here! saw the same doctor two times for the same matter, very unsympathetic and basically told me that there was nothing wrong with me and that I don’t need further treatment despite still being symptomatic. also asked for my mental health plan to be updated and was told I need to come back another day. You don’t spend time getting time off work, getting to and from, waiting in the waiting room and then confiding in a ‘health professional’ to want to be made to feel like you’re making things up. Ladies at the front desk are exceptionally warm and kind though.
