Dr Lotz is a considered and kind psychiatrist who intimately cares about assisting his patients. I can’t speak highly enough of him. I imagine it would be easy to be desensitised on this work, yet Dr Lotz maintains heartfelt interest in his clients.

Excellent professional treatment from all this Medical establishment as a whole. Reception and Office Staff also are very helpful and understanding with appointments and changes. This is a down to earth establishment operating consistently in my experience with a high level of standards. I've been seeing Dr Lotz close to or over 10 years. Very valuable to me and always Super helpful as much as possible and would be near Impossible to replace the level of care I have had from this practice. It is Probably hard to get an appointment if you are a new client. It is a fact that when you find a sound Doctor like this they are always booked out. Can't say enough positive things about Dr Trevor Lotz and the Staff.

I can echo many if the sentiments already expressed in the high rating reviews that have preceded mine.
Dr Lotz is compassionate, knowledgeable, and a person I immediately felt comfortable with.
From my very first visit I felt safe to open up about my history, much of which has been a train wreak due to a lifetime of ADHD going untreated.
For me talking about my past is an embarrassing task but not with Dr Lotz.
My 5 stars are for him.
I’ve changed to a different mental healthcare practice now for a few reasons.
1- distance an hour and a half drive away. Then some Adult ADHD specialists moved to my town and I got onto their books.
2- I wasn’t able to access Dr lots very easily for prescription renewal/review. I believe the weak link to be the reception staff and lack of systems to help.
At the new practice I attend I get reminders of appointments and they keep track of my prescription timeline and pre book me in for necessary appointments.
For me ADHD affects my perception of time a lot and a good reception staff that understand a patient’s obstacles can make a world of difference.
Dr Lotz put me on the right path and I am truly grateful.

Previously, I've had an extremely bad experience with a Psychiatrist who treated me roughly and as inferior; without any compassion, care or warmth. He left me in tears feeling trapped, distressed, marginalised and extremely alone.
I was expecting to be treated in a similar fashion by Dr Lotz recently. I have only seen him once, but in that time he seemed interested in me and treated me with respect, dignity and care. I found him to be very patient and thoughtful throughout the time spent. His room was very peaceful, comfortable and inviting.
I would recommend Dr Lotz to anyone seeking a positive and better experience.
