I go to this surgery for my regular skin checks. Dr Paul English is always amazing. He explains things so well and I feel relaxed after chatting with him about skin etc. Not only a great Dr I think he’d be an amazing lecturer (if he already isn’t) . Highly recommend him. Ladies at front counter are always very nice.

The team at Southport Doctors was outstanding from start to finish—reception, the doctor, and the nurse were all fantastic. I urgently needed vaccinations that my regular GP couldn’t provide, so I called Southport Doctors out of the blue. They fit me in the same day, arranged the transfer of my medical records, and had me in and out with both vaccinations within 45 minutes. Huge thanks to everyone there—I’ll definitely be returning!

A class above the rest. When I lost my local GP I struggled to find another who showed the same level of professionalism and compassion.
A family member suggested Southport Doctors, and I am grateful they did as the level of service they provide from the initial inquiry to the consultation but also the aftercare follow up they provide is levels above others I have tried.

My Mum had a BCC removed this week and she couldn't speak more highly about her experience. Dr Jacinta and her nurse Viv were so amazing, friendly and very patient with her. Highly recommend both these ladies. Thanks

Racist! The reception judged you by your skin colour! I’m Asian and my husband is white. When I talked to the receptionist, she didn’t answer my question. Instead she asked me: “are you Japanese?”
I was shocked and didn’t respond immediately. Then she turned to my husband and asked him about me: “Is she Japanese? Can’t she speak English?” My partner was shocked too.
If she can’t understand me initially, she could have asked me to repeat. But no, she then turn to my husband who seemly speaking English better than me.
The funny thing is that I’m actually an Australian and my husband is immigrant! English is not his first language.
