I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. My consultation with Dr. S. Thatcher was disappointing. Throughout the appointment, he seemed more interested in hearing himself speak than in genuinely listening to me as a patient. When I made a simple request for a prescription, rather than purchasing the medication at an exorbitant price from the clinic, my concerns were dismissed and undermined.
It was also apparent that this travel clinic takes advantage of other patients who may have limited medical knowledge by not disclosing the option to purchase medications elsewhere, steering them toward costly options instead of providing transparent, patient-focused care. His condescending manner left me feeling unheard and devalued. Based on my partner and Iās experience, I cannot recommend his services to anyone.

Dr Simon Thatcher was extremely helpful to our family requiring travel doctor information. His thorough explanation of all vaccination requirements and procedures as well as practical advice to the travelling family was first class. We would highly recommend Dr Thatcher.
