Doctors are great but little can be said for the reception staff as of late....an older lady at front desk had no dramas with airing the issues she had with another young member of staff about why she had to leave for a family emergency the poor kid even said im sorry twice and she was just rude. Then once the girl left continued to talk about how bad she is at her job all the time she is taking off leaving them short staffed and that she needs so sort her family problems out at home not here.....within full ear shot of everyone in the waiting room.
Very very unprofessional talk in staff room and how embarrasssing it is to have to sit and listen to a grown woman belittle

Greeted with wonderful smiley words by Jonty at front reception. Jonty’s calm voice is soothing. Her giggles 🤭 make me laugh.
Awesome help from James at front desk.
Ingrid Nurse is diligent in her approach to comforting me during my visit.
Dr Robert Cargill is delightful, thorough in his extensive knowledge of ailments. Great off street parking, location is handy to all services. Clean foyer and entry & internal public toilets. Offsite Chemist available. Atmosphere relaxing.

Use to be a good practice and bulked bill, now would not go back as NOT prepared to pay $110 for service that is NOT professional or caring. Only want you to get blood test so they can charge you another $110 to get results. Medical system in Queensland is in deep trouble and far too many Doctors not giving patient care or understanding just after the fees. Common sense and good ethics very much lacking and was far better back in the 1990's compared today. To say someone is overweight that they know and then say sould be 75kg, have never in my life been 75kg so absolute crap. Think some of the Doctors need to look at there own size and weight before saying someone is overweight, kettle calling the kettle black and totally NOT nescessary. Help but be careful with what you say if YOU do not know ALL the circumstances or problems in todays environment.

I was at this practise when I was extremely unwell with influenza A. Everyday, multiple times a day I was here asking for help and I was given the help I needed asap. Ingrid the nurse took such good care of me. I actually enjoyed seeing her face when I came in because I knew I would be looked after. Reception knew who I was and took me out the back for privacy whilst I was sick. I couldn’t thank these doctors, nurses and reception staff more!

Dr Cargill was the only reason why we used to attend. After he retired there really are no good options. No one bulk bills, even the Drs that bulk bill for children charge for a phone consult (wouldn't you encourage sick people to not be in the building?), there is no logic in that. Plus 3 times we've had to reschedule because the Dr was a no show. They even text you at 7am asking you to call to reschedule but the phones aren't on until 8?
