Honestly the best experience i’ve had from the reception so lovely and welcoming. Dr Gerard was very informative, listen to everything i had concerns about, educated, explained and ruled out possible things. Really impressed and happy with them! Even the pathology girls were so sweet and gentle normally i’m scared cause other places are so rough! Was very well taken care of! could recommend!

Easy T Medical Centre has been our support for anything medical for over nine years. The care and dedication to diagnosing and resolving our numerous medical conditions by Dr Geissler and all other doctors we have seen at the practice, has been outstanding. Communication about some of our complex issues has always been clear and in language we understand. Truly caring about your patient is at the top of my list when seeking medical help and that is why I recommend Easy T Medical Centre.

EDIT: I was contacted after writing this review and given a refund which I really appreciate. I finally received my report after Joanne had returned from leave. They said they would make sure this never happens again.
I had an ultrasound performed by Joanne three weeks ago and neither I nor my GP have received the report. I was initially told by a very friendly receptionist that the report would be emailed to me. After a few days of waiting, I called back. This time, the person who answered was completely unhelpful and refused to contact Joanne to chase up the report.
It's utterly unacceptable that I'm still waiting for essential medical information. The fact that the medical centre staff cannot access Joanne's records because she "rents a room" is a massive red flag. This lack of integration and accountability has left me in limbo, unable to receive necessary treatment.
I strongly advise anyone needing an ultrasound to consider going elsewhere. This setup is disorganised and has caused significant delays and stress. The inability to obtain my results is hindering my medical care, which is completely unacceptable.

I've attended several times, mostly for my kids and seen lots of different doctors. Each one has been kind, attentive and through. Dr Young and Dr Steph were especially great!

This medical practice is second to none. Communication is everything when it comes to Medical Centres and these guys are great. Welcoming with a warm smile and prompt to deal with you. Highly recommend.
