After having been to 4 different medical centres I have, at long last, found a fantastic place. All the reception staff are fantastic. Very helpful, kind and answers all questions with a smile.
Also, found at a fantastic doctor, Dr Amy. I am so happy that I found Dr Amy after having tried 4 different GP's at other clinics.

When My Long term GP at Hope Island retired, she advised me to find a doctor with whom I was comfortable.
Dr. Sue Lyons treated my wife and is now treating myself.
I cannot speak more highly of her.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this new medical centre and feel compelled to share my frustration. From the moment I walked in, I was met with unhelpful and downright rude reception staff. They were snappy, dismissive, and showed no empathy or professionalism. It was as if they couldn’t be bothered to even greet me properly, let alone offer assistance.
What struck me the most was how their attitude completely lacked any understanding of the environment they work in. Many people who come to medical centres are vulnerable or anxious, seeking help for themselves or loved ones. To be greeted with such hostility in a place meant to provide care and support is not just unprofessional—it’s downright harmful.
I am incredibly disappointed, and I will not be returning. The staff should remember that kindness and compassion are just as important as medical knowledge in healthcare settings. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere, as my experience here was nothing short of appalling.

Dr Amy was very good and made me feel at ease straight away. She, like the other doctor I see at the Hope Island Medical Centre, Dr Debbie, are very knowledgeable on female health matters. Five stars across the board.

Outstanding medical practice. Dr Hung Nguyen is my, gifted GP and is always accessible. However, I can advise that all the practice doctors and nursing staff are simple excellent!
