As a first time patient, with medicare, I only had to pay $30 to enrol and after that medicare covers my visits.
Receptionist Georgia was Polite, Patient and Helpful. I met with Dr. Kaur, Lovely lady. She was Kind, Caring and Compassionate and explained my antibiotics and creams so well and has set up a great care plan for my mental and physical health.
Trainee Catherine was engaged in my session with Dr Kaur. She was Kind and compassionate, too!
Thank you, Team!
Kind regards x

Doctor was Bidens age. Did not explain prescribed medicine effects etc Didnt explain anything, took the medicare money and sent menon my way in about 5 minutes (i may have pneumonia). Reception lady always speaking over the top of you, when you become assertive they immediately taken it like genz and get upset and say your aggressive. No Rhonda I'm just matching your attitude and tone. Got sick of the attitude from reception, doctors that can't doctor and a pharmacy next door with a child managing it

Nerang Family Fair Practice has been the only GP Practice I have consistently attended for over 3 years now. I have lived all over the world and never had such a hard working and caring Doctor such as Dr Singh himself. He has assisted and tackled any of my medical issues no matter how miniscule or servere with great interest, care, medical knowledge, and patience.
Rhonda, the Receptionist has always greeted me with politeness, a lot of care, and most importantly, her sunny day smile that makes us patients feel at ease. She's always been accommodating for me and all my family that attends the practice now. Couldn't feel safer at Nerang Family Fair Practice, BECAUSE of Dr. Singh & Rhonda. 6/5 Stars.

I recently had a deeply unpleasant encounter with the receptionist at this family practice, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. We visited the clinic seeking medical attention and care. However, the experience with the receptionist left a sour taste in our mouths.
From the moment we walked in, the receptionist's demeanor was off-putting. Instead of offering any assistance or empathy for my child, she appeared condescending and impatient, as if we were inconveniencing her by being there.
Her lack of professionalism was evident in her dismissive tone and the way she handled our questions. We sought information about the wait time and the possibility of seeing a Dr, but she provided minimal and vague responses, clearly showing no interest in helping us. It was as if she couldn't be bothered to be of any assistance.
As a concerned parent, I expected a level of compassion and support when dealing with a sick child, especially at a family practice where you hope to find a welcoming and caring atmosphere. Unfortunately, the receptionist's attitude shattered that expectation entirely.
I understand that everyone has their bad days, but such behavior should never be tolerated in a healthcare setting, especially when dealing with children. The lack of empathy and rudeness demonstrated by this receptionist is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire practice.
Considering that i dont seem to be the first person to have had a run-in with her, I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue.
