Beautiful practice, amazing staff! I visited Myhealth at Yarrabilba on Sunday and had hands down the best experience at a clinic to date. Ally was lovely on reception and Dr Tarek was a wealth of information and advice, was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. There was no waiting time and the visit was bulk billed. I will absolutely be back! Wonderful experience, can highly recommend :)

Easily one of the best clinics I’ve been to! The staff are so professional, friendly and make you feel so welcome! No wait time, extremely fair billing and Dr Tarek provides the most genuine, caring and informative treatment. Travelled over an hour to visit this clinic and it was well worth it. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Dr Tarek has performed many skin checks on me and my family. He always ensures we feel at ease and comfortable during the process. Dr Tarek has successfully removed 2 cancers now from my face and hand and the large scars are almost non existent only 6 months later . Highly recommended.

After reading some of these reviews I find it incredibly disappointing to read such awful things being said of this practice. I would like every single person that is interested, to read what I have to say here - because - this clinic IS NOT LIKE THAT. My experience in complete (with everyone involved - Receptionist, Nurse and ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE DR S TAREK SHALABI) has been absolutely incredible. And more than the kindest words in the world can express. In all of my years - I have NEVER EVER had such genuine care of my wellbeing as I have experienced with Dr Tarek. I have just had a nasty Melanoma removed by Dr Tarek - HE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Firstly the Skin Clinic that I saw on the northside of Brisbane - Taigum (nearby where I live), advised me that my biopsy came back positive - mind you - they first left a voice message on my phone saying that they needed to book me in for an excision and no explanation of why. You can only imagine how I felt when I heard the voice message. I was then booked in for an appointment to have the excision 3 WEEKS LATER because they were so busy!! Short of the long is that my amazing daughter immediately send me in the direction of Dr Tarek. I cannot explain what this man has done for me. He went OUT OF HIS WAY to see me, sourced a copy of the original biopsy report and without any hesitation - two days later Dr Tarek removed the Melanoma. He kept a close check on me to ensure that I was doing ok - ensured that my sutures were ok and that the dressing on them was continuing to provide the protection necessary. He continually went out of his way for me. I remember saying to Dr Tarek that no medical professional had EVER done for me what he has. This man is so passionate about what he does. He tells it straight and explains EVERYTHING so clearly so there is no confusion when understanding what is going on. In waiting for my results after the excision - he continually checked to see if they had been reported. AND THAT WAS ON HIS DAY OFF...... He gave me so much comfort in my mind and reassurance of absolutely everything. The moment that I met him - I knew that I could trust him and that I was in the best hands possible.
My test results came through and instantly Dr Tarek called me to let me know - again - on his day off. He knew just how anxious I was feeling in waiting for them. And yes - he successfully removed all of the Melanoma. He even explained every single detail of the report to me so I understood completely. He is a perfectionist and a genuinely sincere human being. Thank goodness I was in the hands of this Doctor - thank you Dr Tarek for saving my life. That is what you have done.
I travel 50 minutes from my home to attend this clinic - BECAUSE IT IS SO SO RARE TO EVER EXPERIENCE CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM of this level. If only I could express my feelings better in this review. There is NO OTHER DOCTOR THAT I WILL SEE NOW OTHER THAN DR TAREK. He truly is an incredible human being. Thank you Dr Tarek and thank you to the other ladies involved with me at the clinic.
